POS installation Pricing

Our POS install is performed in person by your agent and an Axiom partnered IT company to ensure that your setup goes smoothly and most importantly remains reliable. Your first call for support will be your agent and our toll free number 2nd 844 GET AXIOM.

We charge a one time set up fee of $300 which covers a complete install and the following.

7 day install period: We use this time to train you and your staff on how to use the POS in all aspects. Our tablet based system is very easy to use and after a few sessions of training you will be able to make changes pretty quickly.

We recommend taking 7 days to make sure that the switch or brand new install is seamless and you have a great experience immediately.

Make changes yourself from any computer anywhere!

We also have videos in the Office Backend for you to refer to.

Our 7 day install includes:


  • Complete initial set up to include IT company who will assess and stabilize wireless network excluding additional hardware.
  • Includes 7 days of unlimited support to ensure system stability


  • Includes complete menu set up as training
  • Office Backend training
  • Employee training (1 or 2 class training sessions)
  • Unlimited phone support (not including menu or POS setting changes)
  • One time requests for menu updates POS settings changes after 7 days without a support plan in place will be charged $25 per request

POS monthly support plans after 7 day install period:


4 change requests to any POS settings in the app interface or the office backend in a 30 day period (Using a calendar month prorated by ½ month if necessary)


Don’t want to handle any of it in house? No worries with our white glove service which includes unlimited changes including menu updates within an hour of request we will handle it for you! (requests for 1 hour service must be made between the business hours of 9-6pm)
